Depending on the packaging system, multilayer polyethylene and co-polymer films are laminated to one or more substrates, such as polyester film or polypropylene film, and are frequently combined with aluminium foil and/or paper. The Heat Seal Layer of the laminate, which is in touch with the product, is formed by the multi layer film. The level of crystallinity and orientation, as well as the resulting film properties, are determined by the polymer, equipment, and process variables in a multilayer film.

It can be laminated to one or more substrates, such as PET/ BOPP/Aluminium Foil/ Paper, depending upon the packaging system and the product to be packed. Our multilayer PE film forms the innermost layer – the heat seal layer – of the laminate, which is in contact with the packed product.
